Week 2 didn't really start off any better than week 1 as my cold got progressively worse and ended up on my chest. Even walking up and down the stairs left me breathless!!
I have been feeling like someone is sitting on my chest until yesterday so haven't been out for a run.
I'm hoping that things continue to improve & I will be able to get out for a run at some point over the weekend. Even if I don't manage a run I am planning on doing my ab blaster part of my Nike app
